How do I book?
Fill out the booking form with player name, class/year, team/event, jersey number, and contact info. We’ll confirm coverage and send payment instructions.
What do I get with a highlight booking?
A cinematic player reel optimized for social (vertical) and a YouTube upload (horizontal) with titles, transitions, and licensed music. Exact deliverables depend on the package you select.
What’s the turnaround time?
Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after the event. Rush options are available (48–72 hours) for an added fee—select “Rush” at checkout or mention it in your booking.
How are clips chosen?
We film every game you tell us about and pull the most impactful plays—finishes, handles, IQ reads, and energy moments—so the story flows and the player stands out.
Will you cover every game?
Yes, if it’s on the booking. Share your schedule early (court/time) and jersey number. If schedules change, text/email us ASAP so we can adjust.
Can I send plays I captured on my phone?
Absolutely. If the quality is usable, we’ll blend them in for more angles. Share via Drive/Dropbox link.
Can I request edits?
One round of light revisions (text, clips swap, lower-thirds) is included within 7 days of delivery. Additional edits or re-cuts are billed per round.
Do you deliver raw footage?
Raw files aren’t included, but can be purchased as an add-on. Note that raw exports are large and require a separate delivery link.
How will I receive my video?
You’ll get an unlisted YouTube link and a downloadable file via Drive/Dropbox. You’re free to post on your socials and share with coaches.
Can I choose the song?
We use licensed/cleared tracks so your content stays up. If you have a specific song, we’ll use it if you provide proof of license/permission.
What about usage rights?
You have personal and recruiting use rights (social, emails to coaches). Commercial brand usage requires a separate license. HoopCityFilms retains creator rights to showcase work.
Do you travel for events?
Yes. Travel/day rates apply outside our local area. For teams, we can bundle multiple players to reduce cost per athlete.
What’s the payment policy?
A deposit secures coverage; the balance is due before delivery. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay (if you use it), or invoice—whatever you prefer to list here.
What’s the cancellation/refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future date if you give 48-hour notice or the event is officially canceled. If we’re at fault for a non-delivery, you’ll receive a refund or full credit.
How long do you keep my files?
We archive final edits for 12 months. Please download and back up your files when you receive them.
